MeganAs Chief Administrative Officer, Megan Howard leads Reliant’s administrative operations and plays a key role in optimizing internal processes and vendor partnerships. She is responsible for ensuring expenses align with organizational goals and that resources are effectively allocated. Megan is also focused on improving operational efficiencies to better support client needs and drive organizational success.

Since joining Reliant within its first 18 months, Megan has been instrumental in the company’s growth and evolution. She has developed and refined core business processes, managed complex client implementations, and overseen special projects that have strengthened Reliant’s capabilities. Her innovative and analytical approach ensures that contract requirements are met, client expectations are exceeded, and operations remain streamlined and effective.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication with an emphasis on organizational communication from Bowling Green State University.
