MeganAs Director of Client and Administrative Services, Megan Howard coordinates Reliant’s administrative support functions, plays a key role in new client implementation, and oversees special projects. With a meticulous eye for detail and a focus on efficiency, Megan is dedicated to fulfilling contract requirements and exceeding client expectations.

Megan joined Reliant within its first 18 months of operation and has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and diversification. Over this time, she has developed core business processes, executed client deliverables, and managed complex integrations. Her innovative and diagnostic approach continually drives process improvements, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication with an emphasis on organizational communication from Bowling Green State University.
