Since entering collections in 1987, he has developed extensive expertise spanning collection operations, training, policy development, and industry compliance, making him a trusted and invaluable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
In his role as Senior Executive Vice President, James is responsible for driving business development initiatives across the country. His expertise in sales strategy and client relationship management has been crucial in expanding Reliant’s footprint from coast to coast. James’s observant and attentive approach ensures the cultivation of long-term, successful partnerships, delivering exceptional value and fostering strong, effective relationships with clients.
James’s commitment to the higher education community is punctuated by his service and contributions in education-facing organizations. He is a regular fixture at many regional and national conferences, where he is often invited to share his industry expertise as a guest speaker.
